She is survived by: her son Joes of Petersburg, VA; her siblings, Dennis Boykins of New Mexico, Charlie Boykins of Wakefield, VA and Viola Pearson of Newport News, VA; her aunt Mattie L. Rowland of Wakefield, VA; and her uncle Roosevelt Boykins of Ivor, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the J. M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc. (102 South Ave, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Waverly Cemetery.
