He was predeceased by : his parents, John Russell Lewis and Linda May Merrill of Pocatello, Idaho.. He is survived by : his significant other Linda Mae Lovell; his stepmother Gale Lewis; and his siblings, Claudette Miera (Mike), Lynnette Brown (Dan), Connie Sistrunk (Bob), Ruth Orr (Todd), GioVanna Geller (Michael), Shannon McNeal Merrill and Allen Lewis (Janean).
