It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Wright McCready of Wallops Island, Virginia, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Teresa departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Teresa. Though Teresa may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her mother Harriette Wright. She is survived by: her father Lewis Wright; her husband David McCready; her daughters, Lauren McCormack (Ian) and Jessica Wainwright (Brooks); her grandchildren, Sawyer and Finley McCormack; and her siblings, Richard Wright (Linda), Brenda Wright, Chris Wright (Tracy) and Eric Wright (Amy).
