She is survived by: her children, Denise Rhea Carter (Al), E. Keith Rhea (Lisa) and Don F. Rhea (Carol Brooks); her niece Sandra Nuttall (Wayne); and her close friends, John and Barbara Moody. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
