He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cheely Howerton; his children, Lisa Bunch (Steve), Tony Phillips (Karla) and Britney Kirby (Dennis); his grandchildren, Lindsay Miller (Hucky), Taylor Bell (Cody), Ashton Phillips, Ben Phillips, Jaxson Phillips, Solie Phillips, Ezra Phillips, Emersen Kirby, Adelyn Kirby, Lucas Kirby and Andrew Kirby; his great grandchildren, Turner Miller, John Lake Miller, Reese Miller, Camden Bell and Whitley Bell; and his brother Chuck Howerton (Tammy).
