She is survived by: her mother Sarah Hall Stokes; her husband Claude Phillips; her daughters, Mazie Fegans, Josephine Walker (Tommy) and Sarah Huggins (Cleveland); her siblings, Sarah Williams, Claudia Lathan, Edith Goodman, Sally Coleman, William Stokes and Richard Stokes; her children, Lynda Canty and Raheem Easter; and her siblings-in-law, Willa Stokes, Mary Walker (Clarence), Nannie Wilkins, Emma Bright (Ray), Regina Phillips, Brenda Crockett (Donnie), Buck Phillips (Jennie), Johnnie Phillips (Shirley) and Chris Phillips. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
