He is survived by: his children, Steve Hall (Terre Hall) of McLean and Tamara Hall of Warrenton; his grandchildren, Rachel Nibecker, Adam Nibecker, Robin Mayer, Sarah Hall Aker and Caitlin Nibecker; and his great grandchild Donnie Mayer.
