She is survived by : her children, Allison R. Tapscott of South Bend, IN, Yvonne L. Smith of Warrenton, VA and Malcolm E. Tapscott, Sr. (Kimberly) of Manassas, VA; and her brother Dr. Decker H. Tapscott, Sr. of Warrenton, VA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
