Lewis, Daniel Lewis (Jessiy Lewis), Trevor Lee and Ryan Lee; and his siblings, Becky Hardman of Cedar Falls, Dale Lewis (Peggy Lewis) and Will Lewis (Sissy Lewis) of Hedgesville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
