He is survived by : his daughters, Eunice "Kim" Parker (Lester) of Bealeton, VA and Kathy Elaine Blackwell (Terry) of Remington, VA; his siblings, Robert Blackwell of Hyattsville, MD and Jean Johnson of Garrisonville, VA; his grandchildren, Kaila Blackwell, Lester Parker, III and Edwin Parker; and his pet Kenny.
