Lewis, Daniel Lewis (Jessiy Lewis), Trevor Lee and Ryan Lee; and her siblings, Kate Kiriacopulos (Ken Kiriacopulos), Clare Frazier (Carl Frazier), Virginia Hay of Springboro and Martin Hay (Pam Hay) of Louisa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
