He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Roll and Luticia Crayden; his sons, Jeffrey Roll and Michael Roll; and his brother Charles Roll.
He is survived by: his friend George; his wife Carole Taylor; his children, John Roll (Maureen) and Stacy Moore (Michael); his stepdaughter Jana McQuaid (Jason); his daughter-in-law Charo Roll; his brother Paul Roll (Mary Jo); his brother-in-law Keith Taylor (Judy); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Kacie, Christopher, Laura, Liam, Miranda, Matthew and Sam.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fauquier Springs (8580 Springs Dr, Warrenton, VA 20186). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at the Idaho.
Memorial donations may be made to First Tee, an organization that empowers kids and teens through the game of golf.
