He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Lucy Ann Lewis; his stepdaughter Danelle Payton; and his siblings, Albert Lewis, Wilmer Lewis and Lucy Bushrod.
He is survived by: his friends, Marvin, Greg, Benji, Ernie, Deloris and Little Alice; his wife Ressa; his children, George Lewis, III (Missy), Tyrone Campbell, La'Tanya Quarterman (Jesse), Terenia Lewis and Quonetta Lewis (James) of Warrenton, VA; his stepchildren, Robert Payton of Fredericksburg, VA, Ann-Marie Wright of Bealeton, VA and Carrie Payton-Ramirez of Manassas, VA; his siblings, Henry Lewis (Olene) of Martinsburg, WV and Mary Lewis (Carroll) of Warrenton, VA; and his niece Yvonne Terrell (Zach) of Warrenton, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
