She was predeceased by: her husband James M. Scott. She is survived by: her children, Kim Martin of Warrenton, VA, Martha L. Carter of Manassas, VA, Cecilia M. Scott of Manassas, VA, Cynthia Scott of Manassas, VA, Ricky Scott of Warrenton, VA, Michael Scott of Warrenton, VA, Kevin Carter of Warrenton, VA, Jimmy "Pepper" Scott of Manassas, VA and Larry Scott of Martinsburg, WV; and her sisters, Agnes Collins of Warrenton, VA and Susie Carter of Gainesville, VA. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the International Outreach Center (6472 Duhollow Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Culpeper National Cemetery - New Site (501 E Chandler St, Culpeper, VA 22701).
