He was predeceased by: his parents, H. C. Maddux, Jr. and Yolanda Alfaro Maddux; and his siblings, Fielding Maddux and Kathy Maddux. He is survived by: his wife Jane Harris Maddux; his sons, H. Cabell Maddux, IV (Kara) and Victor H. Maddux (Michelle); and his stepsons, J. Scott Miller (Wendy) and E. Bradley Miller (Heather). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Marshall Cemetery (8011 E Main St, Marshall, VA 20115).
