She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Pannell and Katherine Jane Pannell; her siblings, Virginia Ann Dalton and Robert Pannell; her nephew Kevin Cressell; her husband Larry V. Kommes; her children, Tammy Franey (Michael) of Culpeper, VA and William Dalton (Brent) of Kentucky; her stepson Chris Kommes (Karen); her grandson Elijah Hoskin (Maggie); her stepgrandson Ryan Kommes; her sisters, Tammy Carey (Glen) and Mary Owens; and her nephew Kevin Dyson (Catherine). She was also cherished by children, several nieces and nephews and her beloved dog.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186).
