He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Trey Austin (Anne), Will Austin (Tracey) and Jon Austin; his grandchildren, Caroline, Julia, John, Ruby, Lucy and Jack Austin; his siblings, Joseph M. Austin (Sandy) and Drusilla King (Brian); and his parents, James F. Austin and Drusilla D. Austin.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. James Episcopal Church (73 Culpeper St, Warrenton, VA 20186).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fauquier Historical Society or the American Cancer Society.
