He is survived by: his wife Mary Leach Jenkins; his children, Jamie Jenkins (David) of Warrenton, VA and James Jenkins (Lauren) of Warrenton, VA; his brothers, Moe Jenkins (Susie) of Fredericksburg, VA, Mike Jenkins (Liz) of Culpeper, VA and David Jenkins (Brenda) of Culpeper, VA; his sister-in-law Linda Leach of Warrenton; and his grandson James William Jenkins of Warrenton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
