She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Hugh and Ida Settle of Virginia; and her grandson Marc Isaac Gauldfeldt. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Dodson; her sisters, Hilda Mae Newcomer and Mildred McGlothlin of Virginia; her daughters, Teresa Lyn Hardbower (Dwayne) and Melissa Carolyn Gauldfeldt (David); her grandchildren, Benjamin Daniel Hardbower, Jacob Nathaniel Hardbower (Alyssa), Joshua Lee Gauldfeldt (Sara), Kristina Evangeline Gauldfeldt, Bethany Carolyn Gauldfeldt (Stephen Cobbins) and Ava Nicole Perla (Christian); and her great grandchildren, Natalie Anne Gauldfeldt, Nicholas Aiden Gauldfeldt, Isaac Malakai Gauldfeldt, Evander Marc Gauldfeldt, Caleb Bradley Cobbins, Clayton Michael Cobbins and Hannah Carolina Lucas.
