He was predeceased by: his parents, William Warren and Mary Beatrice Kemper; and his brother James Keith Kemper. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Miller Kemper; his children, William Raymond, Shannon, Beth, John Edward (Boogie) and Rachel Kemper; his grandchildren, Emma, Nathan and Reagan Kemper; his siblings, Mary Jane, Kyle Corbin, Kenneth Robert and Candy Kemper; and his mother-in-law Peggy Virginia Miller.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
