He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Miller Kemper; his children, William Raymond, Shannon, Beth, John Edward (Boogie) and Rachel Kemper; his grandchildren, Emma, Nathan and Reagan Kemper; his siblings, Mary Jane, Kyle Corbin, Kenneth Robert and Candy Kemper; and his mother-in-law Peggy Virginia Miller.
