He was predeceased by : his grandmother Evelyn Croushorn. He is survived by : his parents, Ron and Sharon (Croushorn); his sister Rachel Ward; and his grandparents, Nancy Ward and Clifton Croushorn. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
