He is survived by: his wife Joan Hunsberger Poole; his sons, Scottie Poole of Hume and Jeffrey Poole (Linda) of Manassas; his grandsons, Austin Poole of Charlotte, NC and Tyler Poole of Richmond; and his brother Wayne Poole (Martha) of Warrenton.
