She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wayne Dombkowski and Judith Ann Childs; and her brother Jim Dombkowski. She is survived by: her children, Derrick Dombkowski of Warrenton, VA, Nick Flowers of Los Angeles, CA, Jordan Keidel (George) of Warrenton, VA and Cameron Lundmark (Megan) of Broad Run, VA; and her grandchildren, Georgie, Riley and Callen.
