She was predeceased by: her son Jackie E. Doores, Jr.; and her brothers, Lloyd Q Grant, Sr. and Butler L. Grant. She is survived by: her husband Jackie E. Doores, Sr. of Warrenton, VA; her daughters, Sharon L. Doores of Warrenton, VA, Angela D. Robinson of Warrenton, VA, Lisa D. Williams (Michael) of Bristow, VA, Janet L. Miller of Manassas Park, VA and Sonya E. Doores of Warrenton, VA; and her brother Rev. William "Billy" Grant, Sr. of Gainesville, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
