He was predeceased by: his father Frank Horn. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Horn; his sisters, Rene, Rhonda, Tanya and Rachael; and his daughters, Alexis, Riley and Melanie.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
