He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Robert (Kim), Barbara Teach and John (Hilary); and his grandchildren, Alex, Lane, Shelby, Ryan, Charlotte, Natalie and Daniel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in his name to Trinity Hospice or Spring Oak in gratitude for the compassionate care and support they provided.
