He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Burnley Moffett, Sr. and Ethel Sinclair Moffett; his siblings, Thomas Burnley Moffett, Jr., Edward Barry Moffett, Barbara Allen Moffett, Brenda Ann Loop, John William Moffett and Ronald Kemp Moffett; his grandchildren, Lisa Diane Sininger and Craig Daniel Saulsbury; and his great grandchildren, Julian and Lucian.
He is survived by: his children, Bo, Pam, Shaw, Helen and Cyndy; and his brother Steve Moffett. He is also survived by the love of his life who he met.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fauquier SPCA or to St. James Episcopal Church, Warrenton toward the children's chapel.
