He was predeceased by: his wife Frieda Carol Wiseman. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill L. Smith (Patrick Yummit) of Marshall, VA and Kathy A. McGarity (James) of Nokesville, VA; his brother William Forest Wiseman, Jr. (Edie) of Mercersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Steven Smith (Kayla), Robert McGarity and Olivia McGarity; and his great grandchild Eli Smith.
