He is survived by: his mother Toni Hart; his wife Jan; his children, Ryan (Amanda), Ricky (Ashleigh) and Jaclyn; his siblings, Lynne, Larry (Lauren) and Marie (Howell); his cousin Sam; his grandchildren, Ella, Thomas, Anna, William, Andrew, Silas and Nora Hart; and his brother-in-law Howell.
