He was predeceased by: his parents, Pendleton Berkley Mayhugh and Nettie Margaret Holliday Mayhugh; his siblings, Herbert (Dick), Joseph (Sonny), John (Phil), Ronald, Helen, Betty and Ruby; and his siblings-in-law, Herman Moore, Howard Hodgson, Joseph Kirby, John Gwizdak, Lenny Cross, Mary Mayhugh, Dolores Gwizdak and Florence Mayhugh.
He is survived by: his son Mark Christopher Mayhugh (Erin) of Leesburg; his wife Connie; his brother Michael; his siblings-in-law, Catherine Cross, Christine Gwizdak and Anthony Gwizdak; and his grandchildren, Landon and Piper Mayhugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
