He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his father Jerald (Marie Howell); his sister Laura; his brother-in-law Stephen Trout; his nephew Gavin Trout; his niece Megan Trout; his in-laws, Fred and Judy Butcher; and his sister-in-law Jill Butcher of Hardwick, NJ.
