He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Brown and Cornelia Brown; and his sister Christine Smith. He is survived by: his children, Rami and Zaina Smith of Warrenton, VA; and his siblings, Nettie Brown, Gwendolyn Harrison, Gloria Williams and Eugene Brown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
