He is survived by: his children, Brenda Harris (Tyrone) of Fredericksburg, VA, Tony Webster of Culpeper, VA and Walter Penn (Tiffany) of Culpeper, VA; his siblings, Shirley D. Shellington of Warrenton, VA, Kenneth of Calverton, VA, Melvin Shellington of Calverton, VA, Cecil Shellington of Manassas, VA and Bruce Shellington of Warrenton, VA; and his stepdaughters, Sue Sanchez of Culpeper, VA and Robin Thompson of Warrenton, VA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
