She is survived by: her cousin Brenda; her husband Stephen Clyde Bearekman; her children, Kristina Lynn Bearekman (Steven Sample), Brian Hilliard Bearekman (Martina) and Matthew Carl Bearekman; her grandchild Erin Ashley Sample; and her children, Katie Brenda Sample and Caden Hilliard Bearekman. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
