He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Edward Douglas and Homer Marie Pinkard Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Laura Allene Lewis Douglas; his children, Leon "Lee" Elwood Douglas, Jr. of Chantilly, Julie Douglas Hayes (Bobby) of Warsaw and Shannon Douglas DeShazo (Will) of Warsaw; and his grandchildren, Copeland, Sydney (Alex) and Luke.
