It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Martin of Warsaw, Virginia, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Frank Beale Martin; her parents, Sydnor Winn and Mary Winn; and her brother Tony Winn. She is survived by : her children, Deanna Martin Kiple (Thomas) of Warsaw and Frank Beale Martin III (Heather) of Mechanicsville, VA; her grandchildren, Matthew Thomas Kiple (Katelin), Brady Jackson Martin, Reece Frank Beale Martin and Reagan Harper Martin; her brothers, Gonjoe C. Winn (Becky) of McKenney and Calvin S. Winn (Betty); her sister-in-law Amelia Winn of Mechanicsville; and her cousin Peggy W. Clements of Smithfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
