She is survived by: her husband Herbert Heilberg; her children, David L Heilberg of Charlottesville and Karen Heilberg Sivek (Neil); her grandsons, Daniel Heilberg, Benjamin Heilberg (Twylia), Gary Sivek (Rachel), Steven Sivek (Ana) and Jeffrey Sivek (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Arielle Sivek, Henry Sivek, Nadia Sivek, Stella Sivek, Mason Sivek and Izabella Heilberg.
