He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Foster and Louise Burke Foster; his siblings, Mary L. Jenkins, Patricia A. Jenkins, Donald E. Foster and George E. Foster Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Browning, Jr. and Junior Jenkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby A. Foster (Donna) and Dorothy E. "Dot" Browning; and his brother-in-law Ennis Jenkins, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
