She was predeceased by : her parents, Wille Brown and Bertha Brown; her husband George A. Barrett; her daughter-in-law Connie Britt; and her sister Pauline Pittman.

She is survived by : her sons, Joseph Britt (Janet) of Smithfield, VA and Mark Britt of Suffolk, VA; and her grandsons, Austin and Tyler Britt.

Memorial donations may be made to Suffolk Trinity Christian Church, 128 Franklin St., Suffolk, VA, 23434.
