Miller (John); his grandchildren, Adam Hall, Chad Hall, Joseph Kennedy (Brittany), Katie Kennedy and John Miller (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Hunter Kennedy, Carson Miller, Cayden Duke and Beckett Hall; and his brothers, Kenneth Long and Phil Fleming.
