He is survived by: his partner Jan Hutchins; his close friend Randy Kinsolving; his former wife Judith Ball; his sons, Scott Miller and Stace Miller; his grandchildren, Brody Miller and Darienne Stephens (Drake); and his great grandchild Hunter Stephens.
