Pierce; her siblings, Robert Lee Johnson Jr. (Marian) and Theresa King (Lloyd); her aunt Shirley Williams (Charles); her brother-in-law Thomas Pierce (Pauline); her friend Nina Pierce; and her cousin William Ricks. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Peace Funeral Service (237 Railroad Ave, Waverly, VA 23890). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Liberty Baptist Church (319 Railroad Ave, Waverly, VA 23890).
