It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph Allen Parsons of Waverly, Virginia, who passed away on April 28, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Parsons and Opal Wears Parsons; his wife Gladys Parsons of Georgia; his children, Kevin Parsons (Michelle), Christopher Parsons (Kimberly) and Kellie Parsons (Darren); and his siblings, Margaret Mayfield, Glenola Woodard and Nolan Parsons.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Stephanie West, Taylor Hardbarger (Keith), Alyssa Wright (Jared), Tyler Bills (Chelsey), Dalton Parsons (Jessica), Jordan Parsons (Chasity), Drew Sunderman, Devan Sunderman, Alexis Carder, Ivana Carder and Ethan Parsons; and his siblings, Pamela Howard and Dean Parsons. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
