He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lewis Scott and Evlyn Miller; his wife Elizabeth Carrol Scott; his son Raymond Charles; and his brother James H. Scott.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Melinda), Ronnie (Emily), Victor, Robbie (Cindy), Jerry "Little Jerry" and Richard (Lee); his grandchildren, Michael, Maveric, Matthew, Dillon, Ciara, Little Ronnie, Jacob, Little Vic, Brad, Beth, Amanda, Carrie, Richie and Hailey; and his sister-in-law Rosalie Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grands, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes - Colonial Heights (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at the Sunset Memorial Park (2901 W Hundred Rd, Chester, VA 23831).
