He is survived by: his wife Loretta Meeks Winland; his children, Kimberly Bartrug (Mark), Reina Maston (Chuck), Troy Winland (Lisa) and Buffy Mendenhall (Matt); his grandchildren, Zach Kirkpatrick (Corey), Dustin Bartrug (Tracey), Cody Bartrug (Ginger), Seth Bartrug, Jessica Johnson (Travis), Tony Maston (Claire), Tiffany Hughes (Jake), Cole Maston, Alyssa Winland, Daniel Winland, Katelyn Winland, Austyn Kephart, Tesia Kephart, Nathan Kephart, Gavin Mendenhall and Gracie Mendenhall; and his sister Mary Sue Rowe (Greg). He is also survived by 23 Great-Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
