She is survived by: her son Tim Caldwell (Trisha); her grandchildren, Rilyn and James; her son Michael Caldwell (Carrie); and her grandchildren, Danya and Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made in Mrs. Caldwell's name to the American Diabetes Association.
