She was predeceased by: her parents, William John Bulett, Jr. and Eva Lorraine Bulett (Willis); her husband Bliss Wayne Via, Sr.; and her daughter Candice Via. She is survived by: her sons, Bliss Wayne Via, Jr. of Waynesboro and Keith Allen Via (Brandy) of Waynesboro; her sisters, Mary Ellen Martin of August County and Donna Susan Moyley of Severn, Maryland; her niece Mary Lee Loya of Augusta County; and her great-nephews, Carl Lee Loya, Danny Loya, Jacob Loya and Chano Loya. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Charlton and Groome Funeral Home (619 Lifecore Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Riverview Cemetery (420 Rosser Ave, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
