We announce the death of Clarence Calvin Coeyman of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 96. Clarence will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Coeyman and Billie Coeyman; his wife Helen "Libby" Elizabeth Coeyman; his children, Clarence, Jr., Tom, Paul, Gene and Nancy Sanchez; his brothers, Charles and Robert; his stepdaughter Bettie Cox; his grandson Curtis Coeyman; and his stepgrandchildren, Melissa Shiflett and Ronald Cox.
He is survived by: his son Dale Coeyman (Cherrie) of Gaston, SC; his stepsons, John Campbell (Nancy) of Springhill, FL and Steve Campbell (Tamara) of Fishersville; his caregiver Kim Allen; and his daughters-in-law, Gladis Coeyman and Gail Coeyman. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and 22 step-grandchildren.
