He is survived by: his parent Doris Jean Fisher-Fitzgerald; his siblings, Amanda Garrett, Amy Fitzgerald, Cathi Lawson and David Fitzgerald; and his nieces and nephews, Zayah, Dakota Bozga, Trevor Fitzgerald, Cierra Fitzgerald, Mathew Bryant, Aaron Bryant, Allie Beverlin, Cassie Beverlin, Christian Beverlin and Olivia Lawson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
