It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave Christian Critzer of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on April 20, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Norwood and Mary Effie Critzer (Fox); and his mother-in-law Vivian Peyton. He is survived by: his wife Penny Critzer of Waynesboro; his son Christian Critzer (Jennifer) of Staunton; his grandsons, Logan and Greyson Critzer; his sisters, Darlene Morris (Dan) of Albemarle County, VA and Dinah Small (Rudy) of Nellysford; his sister-in-law Bobbi Jo Brown (Bill) of Danville, VA; his nieces and nephews, Emily Marshall (Wes), Jacob Brown, Eli Brown, Allan Morris (family: David Morris) and Jaime Small (Garrett Gupton); his great-nephew Liam Marshall; and his great-niece Winnie Marshall.
